This unit enables a thorough study of all subjects regarding pneumatics thanks to a series of operating functions that facilitate and optimize the time required to learn the technical aspects.

With this unit it is possible to study the following subjects:

• Pneumatic circuits with and without logic elements
• Electro-pneumatic circuits
• Electro-pneumatic circuits driven by PLC
  (PLC not included in the delivery)

The unit is made of press-formed steel with thickness 10-15/10 and baked with epoxy powders and normally equipped with supporting feet or, on request, supporting wheels.
Each pneumatic component is mounted on slotted Modules in order to enable easy movement, the Modules can be easily removed. All electro-pneumatic and electric components are at low voltage 24Vcc. Moreover they are equipped with quick release pneumatic ports and with protected bushings for the electric connection.
The electric console of the unit has a 24Vcc feeder. Stabilized and protected from overvoltages and short-circuits and enables the electric feeding of all components present on the Unit.
The rear part of the Didactics Unit can be used as a depository of the existing and/or future Modules which are not used during practicing.

The unit includes 3 driving/commanding panels:

• Vertical panel with timer and supplementary relays
• Horizontal panel with electric control
• Horizontal panel with pneumatic control

The didactic unit is supplied as shown on the photo and integrates:

Pneumatic components:

• Filter Regulator Group with pressure gauge and isolation valve
• Cylinders complete with fixing feet, flow regulators, sensors and mounting bands
• Pneumatic valves 5/2
• Solenoid valves 3/2 complete with connector with wire and LED
• End-stroke valves of different types
• Circuit selectors
• Logic functions AND, OR and NOT
• Buttons and selectors in different colours and models complete with valves
• Silencers
• Fittings
• Dividers
• Tube and tube cutter

All air inlets and outlets of the pneumatic components have quick release ports for tube diameter 4/2.

Electric Components:

• Luminous switch indicating the presence of voltage
• Luminous signaling indicating the presence of low voltage outlets
• Fixed outlet of 24Vcc 2,5 A protected electronically with self-resetting
• Time switches with double contact NO-NC lagged at excitation
• Relay with NO-NC contacts
• Emergency button
• Buttons of different colours

All electric contacts of the components end with safety bushings with a diameter of 2 mm.

• Electric connection cables complete with insulated pins
• Tube pieces of 50 cm
• Tube extractor
• Tube cutter

Didactics:
Manual complete with 93 pneumatic and electro-pneumatic exercises.
